For most projects, a 50% down payment is needed to schedule work. I accept payments via Check, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers or PayPal. The exact details and terms will be provided in the project proposal. The remaining balance is paid upon completion of the project.

Q HOW SOON CAN YOU START MY PROJECT?

Ck2design takes great pride in my work. Therefore, to ensure each client gets the deserved amount of attention I only take on a few projects at a time. Please feel free to contact me to check my availability, as my schedule fluctuates often.

The goal is to make the whole process from concept to completion as simple as possible. First step is to being gathering some basic information by having you filling out our online project questionnaire.

Q WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE WITH THE DENTAL INDUSTRY?

The experience I gained designing for the dental industry started back in the year 2000.

Much of my great insight and knowledge of dental products and procedures was learned directly from one of the most well known international companies in the world.

For many years I worked as a Senior Creative Media Designer in the marketing department of VITA North America. And I learned much about dental lab techniques from some of the best dental instructors around. I have work exclusively with the dental industry as a freelance contractor for over 15 years.

I am confident my background in the dental industry, working within both the print and graphic arts industry for over 28 years is more than enough to help any company work towards their marketing goals.

Q WHAT IS CREATIVE MEDIA AND HOW IS IT IMPORTANT TO MY BUSINESS?

Creative Media is basically the lifeblood of your company's image and marketing materials. The combination of how your business's identity (visual brand) is translated across multiple types of media such as printed marketing collateral, online business website, videos, photography, trade shows, events, social media and much more.

Q DO YOU OUTSOURCE? WHO DOES ALL OF THE WORK?

When you hire Ck2design all work is done directly by Carrie Kuehn - Director. There are no other designers or subcontractors, unless specified. Ck2design does however have a team that assists with project management and customer interactions but everything creative is done by the Director.

Ck2design has been in business well over 28 years. Ck2design was started back in the day when the process in creating an ad was that you needed a typesetter, graphics tape, tech pens and wax up graphics instead of a computer. As time has changed, so have we, staying up on the latest software, tools and design trends.

QWHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Between 11:30am to noon and 4:30-5:30pm emails are responded to. Our client communication meetings are scheduled accordingly during the project process.
